Notes Disappeared

SOLVE

Hello,

 

I have a report to analyze leads from events that need follow-up. In this report, I'm able to see the notes associated with each contact.

 

However, when I view the contact, the notes are no longer visible. I've included all filters, all users and all teams and checked the same on the company level but nothing is there.

 

What might be causing this?

Hi @DClougher 

 

Check you have the correct permissions in HubSpot.

 

Sounds like you may not have access to see the notes.

 

You may need help from yor administrator to change the permissions.
