Not receiving notifications from (un)assigned tickets

I used to get e-mails when a new ticket was made and also notifications about costumers answering the tickets assigned to me. 
Somehow I don't get these e-mails and notifications anymore and have tried reaching out to support and going through this article many times. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails 

Would the best solution be to delete my user account and get my admin to invite me again or are anyone else struggling with the same issue.

Hello @FChristensen, did your permissions recently changed? Could you please send us a screenshot in how your notifications settings are set up?  The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
