Not receiving emails in the inbox

Hello,

I've recently been added Hubspot at our company. The integration went very well, but now no one receives the emails.

I've sent test emails, and nothing shows up. I've checked settings and everything.

Any solutions?

Hi @ERW-ApS,

 

Can you please share more information around what type of emails you aren't receiving? Are you not receiving emails from HubSpot? Are you not receiving email responses that you are expecting to log in HubSpot? 

 

If the issue is related to your emails not logging, can you please share how your inbox is integrated with HubSpot (Gmail/Outlook/IMAP), as well as what types of emails you are expecting to see log that are not.

 

The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist!
