Not able to find Support template in Forms

Hi, 

 

I have the Starter Customer Platform package which also includes 

Service Hub Starter.
The problem that I have I need to create a form that creates tickets but I am not able to find the Support template.
And if i try to create a basic form and add the fields myself, it does not allow me to add Ticket property with the following tooltip:

I would appreciate if anyone could help.

I wonder if this article explains the issue that I have: LINK

It says:

Please note: accounts created after April 1st, 2024 cannot create tickets from channels connected to the inbox. It is recommended that you use help desk to create and manage tickets.

 

Although im not sure if im understanding this correctly but i would appreciate your input.

Not able to find Support template in Forms

Hi @MBahri6,

 

What do you see when you click "> Ticket Properties (7)" to expand the section? I get a note to "Turn on automatic ticket creation to use ticket properties" which then forces me to connect the form to an inbox or Help Desk first.
