It says:
Please note: accounts created after April 1st, 2024 cannot create tickets from channels connected to the inbox. It is recommended that you use help desk to create and manage tickets.
Although im not sure if im understanding this correctly but i would appreciate your input.
What do you see when you click "> Ticket Properties (7)" to expand the section? I get a note to "Turn on automatic ticket creation to use ticket properties" which then forces me to connect the form to an inbox or Help Desk first.
