I invited a new person to my Hubspot so this person can take care of the new leads coming in through Facebook. The issue now is, that since I invited this new person, no email or app notifications are coming in anymore. The new leads are properly registered in Hubspot, but no notification. Can anybody try to help me with this issue?
You can get notifications about your new leads by selecting a specific user or email address. I wanted to share this knowledge base article, please see the "Can I get notification emails when someone submits my Facebook lead ad?" section.

thank you for your answer. I already know how I can setup the notifications and on the Ad level the notification are set to the correct two email addresses. But the issue is, that it suddenly does not work anymore without us changing anything in these settings.
