Hi. I am new to tickets and not sure I am using them correctly.
Our "Deals" are product samples. Tickets are being used for a challenge with the sample - don't want; don't like; we choose not to pursue sending, etc.
How do we get notifications, etc of tickets? ot are they like deals and we find ourselves?
Depending on the types of notifications you are looking for, you may be able to set them up within your User Notifications. For example, you can get a notification whenever a ticket is assigned to you.
