Need to reactivate the account - without response until now

SOLVE

We really need to reactivate the account 4355877.

Two weeks ago Kevin Campbell told me that it was already resolved.

But the truth is that I continue not having access to the account.

I have been trying to contact Kevin without success.

I really need help for this issue. Someone can really help me with that?

I've re-activated the portal for you. You should be able to login now. Can you confirm? 

I'm not sure what conversations you had with Kevin but in any case I hope this helps.
