I finished my email marketing course at HubSpot Academy on June 1st. My account at that time only had my name on it, so my certificate said "Pamela n/a". The next day I changed my name from my profile settings, but so far every time I reupload or download my certificate it still says "Pamela n/a".
According to this FAQ page, the name should update go into your HubSpot account and following these instructions. Just to confirm, these are the steps you followed?
