My hubspot account lost all the contacts

Dear community

 

I have not used my Hubspot in a long while. Today, when i try to access it I found it empty.

Looking at my inbox I found an email that I missed, below. I missed the deadline to reactivate it.

 

is there any way that I can get my hundreds of contacts back? 

 

It looks like you haven't signed into this HubSpot account for a while: (Hub ID: 2646059; Account: blueflower.la) with sales, marketing, service. Free HubSpot accounts are deactivated after 120 days of inactivity.

If you still believe your portal can be restored, you can share your details directly through the form at the bottom of this article. as suggested on this thread.

Thank you very much, Sharon, unfortunately, I worry that my portal cannot be restored because the deadline received for doing so was 30 May, and I missed it. Is it really temporary?

 

I have done what you suggested and I am waiting to see what happens
