Multiple Languages for Chatbot

I want to ask for advice from the community regarding Conversations. There are two specific questions I would like input for:

 

1. Is there a way to present multiple languages for the Privacy Policy that appears along with the chat bubble?  

2. Is there a way for the chatbot to detect or offer the option to respond in multiple languages?

I am currently reviewing Settings > Data Privacy & Consent to configure this. Thank you in advance for any input.

Hi @clvtross as @kvlschaefer mentioned, once you have multi-variant pages, you can target those pages to create the chatflow in each language, but if the service you use for auto-translation doesn't change the URL, then it won't be possible to target in the same way as the native HubSpot multi-language pages.

I wanted to share this help article that may be of assistance on creating a chatflow for multi-language pages. If you have a multi-language page you can set the bot settings and language to target the page. This guide explains how to create multi-language pages.

I have more clarification on what is being set up for the website. The website will use another service to create pages translated into multiple languages. My hope is that the translated pages will have a custom URL. I am aware that you can customize the chatflow and cookie banner based on a URL path.
