Moving from niswey WhatsApp integration to HubSpot WhatsApp
Hi, a business I did a project for currently has a third party WhatsApp integration with niswey (a HubSpot partner) which creates tickets for incoming WhatsApps on the business account.
If they integrate with the HubSpot WhatsApp integration directly, what would happen to the niswey connection/tickets? Would they stop coming in or would duplicate tickets be created for every chat, or something else?
What would the best course of action be to replace the niswey integration with the HubSpot integration?

Thanks for your reply. We don't want to use them together. We want to move from the niswey third party integration to the HubSpot integration and are looking for the best way to do that to ensure minimal data loss and/or duplicates
