Missed calls and service desk

Hi there,

I am looking for a provider of international phone numbers. Mainly US market, but Australi would also be of use.

Ideally missed calls would lead to a ticket being created in Husbpot.

Anybody knows whether this is possible? Any 3rd party integration can provide this?

Are you looking for an integration in which you can place calls? Or in which inbound calls can be tracked within HubSpot?

Thanks for yoru reply.

We are looking to take calls from UK, Australian and US phone numbers. I want the missed calls to create a ticket or alert in Hubspot.

Do you know any 3rd party who would integrate this in hubspot?

Hi @Julienvet,

The integrations library has a section for calling. I would recommend investigating those options to see which is right for you.
