Merge tickets

When attempting to merge tickets, the option to Merge tickets is not listed in the ACTIONS dropdown menu.  Any ideas on why it is not there?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing there?  Also, are you seeing the option to merge for contacts and companies and just not for tickets?

Thanls Olivia.  I found a Actions window if I put the mouse over the ticket and Preview the ticket. There is a Merge option there.
