Merge tickets not showing

SOLVE

The  ACTIONS dropdown menu does not provide the option to merge tickets when trying to do so. Any theories as to why it isn't present?

Hi @MBrigs,

 

The most likely reason is that you do not have edit permissions for this ticket. A bit more unlikey but possible, there have been more than 250 merge actions on this ticket record.

 

I'd recommend reaching out to an admin to check that you have the necessary ticket edit permissions: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/edit-user-permissions
