You can use forms on landing pages, guide them to a dedicated landing page with a support form.

These forms can automatically create a ticket in your pipeline.


If you still want to use email, connect your support inbox to HubSpot’s Conversations Inbox.

You can set up automatic ticket creation from emails using Inbox settings.

 

You can also set up a chatbot to ask qualifying questions and then create a ticket based on the user’s responses.
