Make "Set the properties your team sees when creating tickets." Work

Today this setting is for the whole hubspot account/domain. It is not for teams as its stated. 

Our users using the CRM part dosent want to see or have the same required field as our sevice team and vice versa.

I see the reference to "team" on this page (and the pop-up when setting up those properties), but I don't believe they are referring to teams in a sense of the actual team functionality within HubSpot. I believe at this time, this is account-wide for each user.


The only thing similar that I am aware of is the Custom Records View by Team within Enterprise.



I like your idea and maybe it's on the horizon already. I'd recommend posting it to the ideas forum or seeing if something already exists.
