Login issue

Hi, 

 

My colleague is receiving  A part followed by '@'  should not contain the symbol ". as an error message when he is trying to login. 

 

So far, we've tried: 

 

  • Clearing cache and cookies 
  • Using 2 different browsers - Microsoft Edge & Firefox
  • Using a guest profile on Microsoft Edge

There may be some compatibility issues with the Microsoft Edge web browser. Is it updated to the latest version?
