From my knowledge I beleive that you may need to contact HubSpot about it. From what I read over here I think your account may have been deactivated. I am sorry if my response is incorrect.

Follow this article: Recover your inactive HubSpot account
At the end of the article, there is a form. Fill up the form and the HubSpot support will contact you and help you recovering the account.
