We would like to have the mail traffic (sending & receiving) of our shared inboxes (like customerservice@) logged in HubSpot. However, we want to keep Outlook as our mail client and we do NOT want to use HubSpot's Team Inbox functionality!
Is this possible and how?
Currently, mails sent from the Outlook are logged with the HubSpot addin (bcc mail is inserted). However, this does not work with the SharedInboxes but only with the user's mailbox itself. The users have permissions to receive and send the shared mailboxes.
