Hi there,
Rigth now I have the live chat set up in two different websites.
One of them (enforced.es) does not give me any trouble and works fine.
But the other one, with the same settings but linked to a different domain (clean-tech.es), doesn not appear when I open it on my movile phone.
And apparently it does not show up when my colleagues look for it, only myself can see it with all the posible browsers but from my pc.
I do not know what is happening or how could I fix this.
I would appreciate the help.

Hi @LucíaLG,
I am seeing the chat on both of the websites just fine. Potentially your co-workers were seeing a cached version of the website without the tracking code or they don't meet the criteria to launch the chat. I think you're good to go!

Hi, I have the same problem. It worked on my localhost, but when migrating the WP page on the domain noe-navis.si, it stopped working. Any ideas? Thank you.

It seems that it took about 1 days after the migration to chat starting to work again. Btw, I did clear cache on Wordpress, browsers, etc. but didn't work. But today, it works.
