JIRA integration

Hi,

WE want to integrate Hubspot tickets with JIra where we send development requests/bugs to our dev team

We want to create an issue next to a ticket (i.e. associated with a ticket) and this sohuld come into JIra - this seems to be all working well.

The only thing which isn't - and is critical - is setting a due date to pull into Jira - we have an identical due date field on Jira where it goes into a calendar allowing our dev team to plan ahead.

please advise

Essentially the due date is a required field in Jira but won't synchrosnise on Hubspot

Thank you for reaching out.

From what I can see here, this property is not passed into HubSpot/JIRA. I'd recommend posting an Idea in our Ideas Forum regarding this. That way other users can upvote it; and the Product Team regularly monitors the Forum
