JIRA + HubSpot integration (Comments from JIRA issues won't appear on HubSpot tickets)

I have setup the JIRA and HUbSpot integration.

 

I can create JIRA issue from HubSot ticket directly.

 

But cannot see the "comments" from JIRA issue on HubSpot ticket.

 

Can someone help please?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

I am wondering if maybe this has to do with the filters on your tickets. When you are on your ticket record, and click on Filter Activity, in the Integrations section, there should be Jira - is the box checked?

Yes, JIRA box is checked under integrations in filter section.

Is this something you can reproduce in a private navigation tab (Incognito), or after clearing your browser cache?

Does this also happen when you open HubSpot in a different browser?

Is this happening with all the tickets with an associated JIRA or some of them?

I am having the same issue.  It's only for the "comment" in Jira that I cannot see in hubspot.  Is that content supposed to come over in the sync?

According to this article from our knowledge base, the JIRA comments should sync. Is this happening with all the JIRA/tickets? Is the JIRA box ticked as well in your filters? 

 

If it is, and you're still experiencing the issue, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
