Issues with send button in conversations

Is anyone else having an issue where randomly it won't let them press send o a reponse in conversations?

 

I can't find any pattern to when it does it to us, the button is not greyed and and you don't get any reason why it just won't send. Seems like a massive bug and means we have to then email our reply offline to a colleague to do the response an isse which could lead to us not implementing this in the long term.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, and if you have a subscription that includes HubSpot Support, I would recommend partnering with the Support team regarding this issue. If you do have Support, that will be the best way to ensure your issue is addressed.
