Is there anyway to configure slack functionality permissions?

SOLVE

I am looking to streamline communication on help desk tickets by utilizing the slack integration. However, we dont want separate teams to be able to search existing tickets, only create and comment. Is there anyway to accomplish today?

@DGainerunfortunately, HubSpot's current Slack integration doesn't offer granular permission controls that would allow you to do that. The permissions are generally tied to the user's role in HubSpot and Slack, but there isn't a direct way to limit ticket visibility or search functionality specifically for Slack.

A potential workaround could be using different Slack channels for different teams, where each team has access only to the tickets relevant to them.
