Is there a way to collect all values from a form directly in a ticket? (in the feed)

We are a E-commerce company serving around 2000 customers with daily support in all the related fields to having an E-store/PoS solution, such as technical, marketing, third party service suppliers and so on. 

 

We have some intricate forms where customers supply us with many fields of data such as weight, shipping numbers, locations, destinations, service-providers, amount of parcels and so on. 

Normally our forms create a ticket, and we set up automations based on the information given, such as create Jira tickets, Notify the right group of people in Slack and so on. 

But for the given case above, we need to notify a third party provider, and the process today is really tedious where we have to copy each and every field from the left sidebar in the ticket view and paste it one by one into a new email inside the ticket to be able to forward all the information to our third party provider for shipping. 

Can this process be improved in any way? 

We are looking for a way to collect the values from all the fields in the form, and post it inside the activity feed. Either as a Todo, as comment/note or anything else that might apply. 


Any help would be greatly appeciated!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!  

You could maybe set up an automation that would automatically create Tasks which include Ticket properties in their notes? You can use Ticket Tokens when creating the workflow action to make sure the Task note includes all the data the 3rd party provider needs:

Creating Notes the same way might work even better, but this funtionality isn't available yet. It has, however, already been added as a product idea in our Ideas Forum.
