Internal Visibility for Team Emails

I’m requesting that all members on a team be able to see who else received an internal message sent to that team. This helps ensure transparency, avoids duplicate follow-ups, and allows everyone to clearly understand who the communication was shared with.

Being able to view the full recipient list supports better collaboration and accountability across the team.

Hi @TDillow,

 

Are you referring to internal email notifications sent from workflows?

 

If so, there's a simple fix: at the end of the notifications simply add the sentence "This notification was sent to [names / personalisation tokens for owners or teams]".

 

If you insist that this should be a dedicated feature, please submit it to the ideas section of the community which is monitored by the product team.

@TDillow there is no setting for that. You would either go the workflow route I proposed or submit a request to the product team: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas

Yes, that is what we need. We have over 40 forms, and each has different teams, but when each person gets the notification individually, we lose traceability to who all received the email.
