Internal Service Team Chat for Tickets

SOLVE

I am wondering if there is an app for adding a chat box to tickets, for the internal team (not customer interface, although maybe) working on a service request. We can use Notes to communicate, but a more realtime chat environment that gets saved with the ticket would be amazing. Does anyone know of any solutions?

It's possible  It is possible to add a chat box to tickets for the internal team However, it is not clear if there is an app specifically designed for this purpose.
