Integrating an LLM Chatbot with Conversations and Tickets

Hi Hubspot Community,
I'm looking for an LLM chatbot that can integrate with Hubspot's Conversations and Tickets. Ideally, the LLM would read all the incoming chat and email conversations and learn from the responses. This would differ from Hubspot's current chatbot offering which learns from a pre-loaded Knowledge Base.
Has anyone encountered any type of tool or software with this capability?
Currently, in terms of AI capabilities, we do have Content Assistant and chatSpot (more on these here), but right now Content Assistant focuses on content generation, and ChatSpot's focus is on getting things done within your HubSpot portal based on commands. So at the moment, chats flow would need to be handled by an individual rep and not by AI.
I searched our idea community forum and came up with similar requests to use AI with your chatbots like this one here. I would recommend heading to this link and giving it an upvote - the Ideas Forum is where our Product Managers and Developers go for feedback and suggestions on where to take the tool next.
Other than that, I was able to locate a community post, where someone was able to integrate this using API. I would recommend checking this out with your developer to see if it may be a possible workaround for you.
