Insert form in chat

Hi!  I want to know if it is possible to insert a form in the chat so it can appear in the schedule im out of the office

Hi @Prolego ,

 

Option 1: configure business our and message when out

U can use this option to configure message when your team not online.

Option 2) Message to visitor, when transfer the conversation

We use in one cliente one message after the contact talk with bot. Look this message:

"Please leave us your name and contact details:

 

🍷 - Name:
📧 Email:
📞 Phone:

 

One of our specialists will contact you during our office hours. (Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm)."

 

With this model, data is captured but not recorded in HubSpot, but I consider it a good option.

 

 

Option 3: capture the lead when start conversation

U can capture lead asking e-mail and first name (can capture more informations too), is really good, but have a problem this option. The visitors somethimes dont reply corretly, and the lead are created wrong. Example: "Firts name: i have a question", "E-mail: Daniel Sanchez".
