It looks like that integration could do what we're looking for, however we alreaded upgraded to Service Hub Professional (to the tune of ~$500/month) to use the first party WhatsApp integration - https://www.hubspot.com/products/whatsapp-integration
I'd prefer 1) not to have to pay for a second service that provides redundant functionality and 2) not to have two integrations with overlapping featuresets. My suspicion is that using both WhatsApp integrations at the same time could lead to technical problems and employee confusion for my service agents.
Do we have any idea if Hubspot is planning on bringing 1:1 communication/outbound messaging to its first party integration included with Marketing Hub Professional/Enterprise and Service Hub Professional/Enterprise?
