I've connected an email address and set it up to street all the incoming emails as tickets. Whenever I send tests from different emails it all seems to work fine. Yet, whenever I receive emails from Indeed (source of leads for my business), none of the emails are coming through.
What can be the issue? Is is because the indeed is sending emails from "noreply" ?
By default, HubSpot will consider automated response and marketing emails as spam. These emails are likely in the spam folder of your HubSpot inbox.
You can however change this by navigating to Settings > Inbox > Allow & Deny List and unchecking these boxes one by one to see which one catches the Indeed emails.
Best regards!
