I have used a free hubspot template made by "uxeful" (called real thor), but I have been having trouble recently with the image gallery section of each property page, the problem is that when I click on an image/thumbnail from the image gallery the arrows don't show up next to the image and the alt text description doesn't appear at the bottom too (like it used to do).
I am guessing that this should be happening because, the image gallery element might be outdated because it doesn't appear in the "add module" section (however, when I search for an image gallery in the "add module" section the element appears (but under "theme modules" not the "other modules"). Furthermore I have tried to add an image grid element on my website page and that seems to be working properly the lightbox appears whith arrows, however there is no alt text at the bottom like there used to be in the image gallery.
The Images Gallery module you've mentioned is a module part of the theme which is why it shows under Theme Modules and not Other Modules. It does not show under Media because the theme creator did not set that as a category for the module when creating it.
To resolve issues with the module you would need to contact the theme creator. You should be able to find their contact information on their theme listing page in the marketplace.

Unfortunately, if the creator is not responding to support requests, there's not much else to be done with the module unless you want to go through the hassle of creating a child theme and finding someone to clone and fix the module code for you. Otherwise, you could switch to a different theme or see if there's a module that fits your needs in the HubSpot module marketplace.

Hi there, alyssamwilie, I have contacted the theme creator already and he/she did not respond, infact I have contacted the theme creator months ago for a different issue and he/she did not respond for that either.
