I have a company email address that's just a standard IMAP account hosted with Dreamhost. The options to set up an email box include Gmail, Office 365, and HubSpot hosted, but nothing for a regular IMAP account. I did a little digging and apparently there is support for this other type of account, but it's not clear to me when. Is it never able to be used with "Conversations", or is a paid subscription plan required? When I tried to set it up in my profile, I kept running into a popup that directed me to sales to upgrade my plan. However I also saw a message here that says IMAP is not supported with "Conversations". Do I need to just select Gmail? We already have a Gmail account that is configured to check our IMAP account.
