I want to disable the sound when I send a chat message!

Hello!

I want to disable the sound that plays when I reply to a chat message. I still want all the other sounds for notifications, but this sound is not a notification; it just plays when I send a message. And it's annoying!

I believe the notification you showed in the screenshot is for all chat replies, like when a customer replies to a chat. The noise (which is not shown on that notification page) is happening when I reply to chat.

Hi @GSticks,

There is a setting in notifications that allows you to customize sounds or turn them off.

 This should do the trick.
