I'm unable to access the Ticket Properties when Creating a Form

We're attempting to Automate our Tickets by creating a Form that once filled in Automatically creates a Ticket. However, while creating the Form i can't add the Ticket Properties on our Form and we can't tick the button to allow it.

Hi @MHoyt when you create the form, you need to choose Support Form in order to add ticket properties. You aren't able to add ticket properties to a marketing form.

I'm facing a similar issues as OP. I am unable to see "Support" as a template option and if I use the blank template, I cannot toggle "Ticket Properties" on. I'm on a free account.

We just purchased Starter Customer Platform Hub, but we still can't see the Support Forms or Access Ticket properties. Would we need a higher teir Hub for to get the Support Forms?

@AVillanueva9 I don't know if you figured it out already, I would suggest logging out and back in to see if your menu and tools refresh, but I am able to access support forms and tickets in my free account. Since you're a super admin, it shouldn't be a permissions issue, can you try this link (replace the xxxxxx with your portal ID number) to access tickets:
