I just deleted my account; on accidentally

I just deleted my account; my number was; 8379513
can you restore that one? i had special features / connections with that one
i made a new sandbox 8964372 just to mail a specialist 

Thomas Fennelly (Channel Account Manager | Benelux, Nordics & Central & Eastern Europe) suggested that i go to the help secdtion

Thank you for your reply. 

I can see the HubID 8379513 is still active but there are no users in it.

 

It also looks like you're having access to HubSpot Technical Support with the HubID 8640841 - I would recommend connecting with them as they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter and see what's possible regarding this dev account 8379513.

I just deleted my account; on accidentally

What happend is as following:

  1. i wanted to delete a portal (sandbox)
  2. deleted my full account instead
  3. i asked Thomas Fennelly what to doe: he suggested community / support
  4. but before you can contact support you must have a account
  5. Created my account on the same email adress as before
  6. contacted you
  7. But on my old account (with the same email adress) i had many perks and some certificates
  8. know i have a standard sandbox account, so i can log in but its my new account not the old  (8379513)

canu work with this?

8379513 is my previous ID but it is not linked with my email anymore;

but if the connection is restored ; are the connections also restored to the other linked accounts?


and how about my certificates? i had mastered some
