Hubspot replies being sent to outlook instead of hubspot.

Hi, I can send an email normally from my conversations inbox. I used to receive replies from customers in my HubSpot inbox, however, now they go straight to my outlook. I no longer get any notification at all in my HubSpot inbox that a reply has been received.
