Hi, we are having some problems with hubspot notifications.

We have a full operation on Hubspot Sales and some users are no long receiving emails and notifications when they are mentioned.

Its no happeing for all users, but we alredy try to reconfigurer they accounts and nothing is helpening.

 

Can someone help us?

@camillalealg  If you've already looked in each user's notification settings per profile to ensure that mentions are enabled for each of the objects you're referencing then I would check the spam folders of those that should be receiving the emails. 

If that doesn't solve then I would recommend opening a ticket with HubSpot Support.
