Hubspot Search doesn't search in Ticket Description

Hello. Today i found out that when i use  Search Hubspot  to find words in Tickets. It works for ticket Name , Ticket notes 
But IT DOESNT SEARCH IN TICKET DESCRIPTION. 
IS it a bug?

or is it that i dont know how to set it up ?

As of now, the search feature in HubSpot is designed to look through certain fields, such as the ticket name and ticket notes. Unfortunately, it does not typically include the ticket description. This is not necessarily a bug, it's more of a feature limitation within the platform as I know

You would have to set up a ticket filtered view to search within the ticket description: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/view-and-filter-records
