HubSpot chatbot history erased from user side
When a user refreshes the page, the history of interactions with the HubSpot chatbot is erased from their side.
Ex. First i submitted email like this
and you can see on next ss history
but when i refresh page it will erased automatically like below ss
Since there is no history available, I would like to inquire about the reason behind the chatbot's current state. iframe

Hey @ketan23 are you using HubSpot cookies on your site? Do you have any extensions or pop-ups which might block a cookie being dropped? Such as a privacy policy or third party privacy policy app?
My guess here is that no HubSpot cookie is being dropped so the chat widget has no way of recognising who the visitor is when the page is refreshed?

Could you please let me know which cookie only doesn't work when the page opens from an iframe?
here parent url if like : "https://admin.shopify.com/store/ketan23/"
and iframe url like :"https://imgz-fe-cf.appifycommerce.com/api/auth?embedded=1&hmac=e6700e1afc8f48b309bf96dad5a1b6e02e90a..."
Is there any way to maintain a history of the chatbot interactions when it is used within an iframe?
