How to turn off automatic ticket creation on support form submission

I created a support form to link to our conversations inbox. I turned on automatic ticket creation, and now I do not know how to turn it off. The toggle is greyed out so I can't switch it off. If I click on Edit Ticket, it just has options for the ticket, but no way to switch it off.

 

Can someone please tell me how to turn it off or is this a bug?

The only way to turn off the association will be to unpublish the form. There is currently no option to turn off the ticket creation. For more information on this, I wanted to share this resource.

 

If you would like to see this functionality in the future, I would recommend creating an idea in our ideas forum.

Thanks...that seems a bit crazy that you can't turn it off. Okay I'll request that as a feature.
