How to edit/remove a Label/selection from a Ticket Property.
SOLVE
I have a Ticket Property called Category, which has a Multiple Checkbox field type. I just want to get rid of one of the checkboxes. It has only been used in 3 of over 3K tickets. Is there a way to do that?
I realize that I can't edit the actual property, but I would love to get rid of that one choice from the checkbox menu.
Otherwise, is 'unchecking' the In Forms selection the best thing I can do? Can I get rid of Billing Issue?
Select the checkbox to the left, click Delete and it will be gone from all forms:
Those three records will likely still show this now deprecated value so I'd recommend filtering the ticket index page (Menu > Service > Tickets) for tickets with this value beforehand and updating the category to somethingmore suitable.
Best regards!

The Delete action is greyed out, as that Category item is being used in other places. However, I just want to remove it from being a selection in Tickets. I may not have any recourse for this situation. Here is what is looks like for me:
