How to automatically send chat transcript to internal email

Hello. I know that transcripts from closed chats are sent automatically to the client but, we were hoping to have a transcript sent automatically to an internal email for tracking purposes. I've spoken with HubSpot support and it seems like this is only possible manually so I thought I'd ask here before abandoning hope. Thank you!

Hey @jgsanders it does look like this can only be manually triggered for each ticket at the moment unfortunately. I was trying to figure out if there's a way to automate this, but it looks like the chat transcripts aren't stored in an object that we can use in emails or workflows so the manual trigger is the only way.
