How do you create a Service > Ticket when a Marketing > Lead Capture > Form is completed?
I have created a Request for Information which is publically accessible on the website. When this form is completed, how does this create a task for the customer success team who use ServiceHub to manage their day-to-day activities?
With a Professional license, you have access to workflows and automation. Navigate to Automation > Workflows, click Create workflow and select Contact-based / Start from scratch.
In the workflow editor, click Set enrollment triggers and find your form under Form submissions. You can then click on the + and add a new action: Create record. Select Ticket and customize to your liking.
