How do i associate a ticket to Deal or company automatically

How do i associate a ticket to deal or company? Currently, the ticket gets created via chat, email or call? we would like automatically associate the tickets to deal

Hi there VChandran! We created an app called Associ8 that would do this for you! It adds a workflow action that associates objects together (Tickets, Companies, and Deals in your case) based on like properties. Check it out here.

I wanted to share this related community thread where @karstenkoehler explains how to add a deal association during the ticket creation process. Karsten mentions that "HubSpot will still not associate the records automatically but you have the option to associate right at the creation."
