How do I set up a secondary company field

I am new here and wonder if you can help.

Set up is currently populating the domain.name as the primary organisation field but this isn't correct for this particular client.

Eg., domain name is .nhs.net but I have clients from several different hospitals within .nhs.net.

How could I improve my set up so I can see each hospital rather than just nhs.net?

So I have given this a try. I can't seem to find the 'companies card' to +Add company. Is there a chance that you might send me a screen shot of what this step looks like?

Hi @DWillis1,

This is typically done with parent-child-relationships: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/add-a-parent-or-child-company

HubSpot does not stop you from creating multiple company records with the same company domain name. You'll see a warning / hint but you can proceed.
