Hello,
I'm trying to create a ticket property that creates unique Sequential ticket Numbers.
The field ideally needs to be a mixture of letters and numbers for example:
RMA-2021-001
RMA-2021-002
RMA-2021-003
RMA-2021-004
I can't figure out how to do it and make the ticket automatically create it each time.
Does anyone have a solution?

Hi @CophieSollins,
There isn't a default feature in HubSpot to achieve this, unfortunately. It would require either a custom code action in a workflow (available in Operations Hub Professional) or a third party solution, e.g. Zapier and Google Sheets.
With the first options, a custom coded workflow action would keep track of the running number and populate a ticket property. Here a developer would have to code such an action.
With the second option, you would sync tickets into a Google Sheet using Zapier, populate the running number / code in the sheet and sync the tickets back into HubSpot, along with the code.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
Best regards!
