How do I create a company specific dashboard in Hubspot Service?

As a Hubspot user I would like to know how I can create a company specific dashboard so I can see all ticket activity by company so I can better report on a companies tickets during our weekly calls with them.

I am able to create a ticket dashboard but cannot find a way to filter by company name.

Hi @dnerris,

There is the ability to create a cross object report of companies and tickets, which would enable you to see the count of tickets/company; this would require either a professional or enterprise subscription, or the reporting add on (as outlined here).
