How can you add categories to a service ticket & update those sub-categories?

SOLVE

I am fairly new to HubSpot and I am attempting to adjust some of my support teams categories on our tickets that come through to reflect more granular needs. My issue is I for the life of me cannot find where to make adjustments to those categories! Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

SOLVE

Hi @TTietz,

 

You can edit those under Settings (gear icon in the top right corner) > Properties > switch drop-down to Ticket properties > search for Category.
