Karsten, you're like the superman of the Hubspot world. Thanks again for the insight. Frustrating to hear that such an obvious and simple requirement won't be supported - will force us to put in place what should be an unnecessary process to ensure tickets are being associated to a company.
Users with Account permissions in Service HubProfessional or Enterprise accounts can make certain fields in ticket creation mandatory during manual creation.
In Service HubProfessionalorEnterpriseaccounts, you can select thecheckboxesin the Required column next to ticket properties you want to make mandatory when a user manually creates a ticket in HubSpot. Users will not be able to manually create a ticket without entering these required properties.
